Selling a Property
If you have a property to sell on Evia and you’d like to advertise it on the Under the Sun website, you can choose from 2 options:
Agency service: This is where we value, measure, photograph and prepare details for your property. We then handle viewings, negotiations and all stages of the transaction on your behalf. We will also promote your property to interested buyers on our database. For this service there is a % commission charge.
Property advert: This is where you handle the sale yourself, but provide us with details & photographs of the property, to add to our website. This has a fixed fee.
