Rio's House (main house sleeps 4, up to 6 / studio sleeps 2)

This charming house is located on a quiet road leading down into the valley, about 10 minutes walk from the Zarka Centre and 5 minutes from the village. It consists of a main house and a small separate, self contained studio-apartment. Both share a large verandah where one can sit under the shade of an olive tree and enjoy wonderful views of the valley.

The main house has a large living room with dining table and contains a small kitchen area. Downstairs there is a basic bathroom, plus two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double. If required there are additional bench sleeping facilities in the living room for two more people.

The studio-apartment has a double bed, a microwave, fridge and sink, and a shower room with hand-basin and toilet.

The house and /or studio are available on a self-catering basis (minimum rental 3 nights). 5% discount available for stays of more than 7 nights; long term rental (more than 3 weeks) - rates negotiable. If there is no course running at the Zarka Centre, the pool there is usually available for use between 10am and 10pm (€70 for 7 day household pass/ €30 3 days).

June – August	€700 (equivalent to €100 per night- 3 nights €300)
September – October	€420 (equivalent to €60 per night- 3 nights €180)
November – March	€210 (equivalent to €30 per night- 3 nights €90)

Studio prices per week (7 nights):

June – August	€280 (equivalent to €40 per night- 3 nights €120)
September – October	€210 (equivalent to €30 per night- 3 nights €90)
November – March	€140 (equivalent to €20 per night- 3 nights €60)
