There are 2 further shower rooms, with wc, handbasin and shower, accessed from outside the building, near the swimming pool, plus a basement storage room. A large patio links the Hall with the swimming pool, which has been tastefully constructed, with water cascading over a natural, rocky outcrop. All of the furniture, fittings and kitchen equiment in the Hall are included in the sale. 

The Old House is a beautifully renovated, traditional stone built house, which overlooks the valley. It enjoys wonderful views from all rooms, as well as from the verandah and the patio. It has a large living/dining area, a kitchen with patio doors onto a covered verandah and three double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower, one with a hand basin). There is a spacious family bathroom with corner bath/shower, hand basin, bidet and wc. A separate wc is accessed from the verandah. The living room has additional 'bench' sleeping facilities and there is a small utility room. The house is surrounded by pleasant gardens and has a reed-bed system for the ecological treatment of waste water from the house. Full house contents are also offered as part of this lot, including office equiment.

Villa Eleni is an architect designed villa of 121 sq mts, due to be completed in 2009. It sits in a scluded position and combines modern design with a traditional stone finish. The ground floor consists of two sections joined by a spectacular glass corridor. This level has a large living/dining area with open plan kitchen, a double bedroom, family bathroom and an additional shower room with wash basin and wc. Bench seats or a sofa bed in the living space would enable this floor to be used as a self-contained apartment for up to 4 people. A verandah off the living room provides outdoor dining space and the ground leve has a patio. Villa Aprilios is an 82 square metre, architect designed villa, due for completion in 2009. The ground floor consists of a large living/dining area and open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and shower room, with wash basin and wc. The living area could accommodate bench seating or a sofa bed, to provide self-contained accommodation for up to 4 people. A verandah provides outdoor dining space. The lower floor comprises 2 separate double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room.

The Centre provides sleeping accommodation for a total of 20 people (maximum 34 - including sofa beds, bench seats etc) and further sleeping accommodation is available nearby, allowing the centre to cater for much larger day groups. 

The grounds include gardens, olive groves (with over 100 trees, many actively oil producing) and virgin hillside/gorge, constituting a rich habitat for plants and animals (including tree frogs and eagle owls). A road connects all the properties within the grounds and the car parking areas. A path provides access through natural areas to quiet sitting spots and there are potential large outdoor group spaces, including a natural amphitheatre. Near the hilltop, the foundations have been laid for an arts & crafts workshop to accommodate groups of up to 16. Plans and planning permissions are available to complete this building, which has been designed to resemble a traditional Greek windmill.

The nearest beach is on the island's Aegean coast, just 4 km away, either by road or along a delighful path. Easy access to Athens and the airport makes the Zarka Centre accessible to both Greek and foreign visitors.
