Design and Build Service

We offer a design & build service, in conjuction with local architects. You can select your piece of land and then choose from the house designs. Your purchase of the land will follow the steps outlined in 'Buying on Evia'.

You will have the opportunity to make changes to the standard designs, to suit the plot and your individual requirements. Any resulting increase in price will form part of your contract with the architect. The architect will provide you with a detailed schedule of works, including dates and staged payments. You are advised to make regular visits to the site, although we can offer a supervisory service, whereby we stay in contact with the architects and email you photographs and progress reports on a regular basis.
